Darcy's Defense
Lizzie I know you think of Darcy as overly proud and selfish, but you are just as worried about your pride. He is not selfish. Although he ruined Jane and I's relationship, he was looking out for me and gave me the advice that he thought was best. He has made mistakes with love many times in his life. This is one I wash he had not made.

You are a very insecure man. You listen to those around you other than your own heart. I cant say I have any respect for a man who knows someone loves him but refuses to believe so. You know Jane admired you, you could tell in her eyes that you once stared into day in and day out. I hope you live an unhappy life for you ruined her happiness.
